HELP! How to make a spell effect that lowers line of sight of an enemy hero.

Yes... Is there a way to lower a line of sight of a hero so that the controlling player would see less? It would be a very nice spell ability especially for custom maps like DotA of HoSk.

Anyway, please! I need help! I believe in this community's scripting prowess. ^_^ Really. I hope somebody could teach me how. Or make one.
