Good day, fellow members of The Hive!
As is obviously seen, my username is PsychotikRaptor, but please feel free to call me 'Psycho.' (A nickname that doesn't have a backstory to it - don't worry Also, before the infamous legions of human spellcheckers - for which the internet is famous - descend upon me, the 'k' in 'Psychotik' is deliberate. XD).
I am certain other newcomers have experienced the pressure placed upon a budding member such as I: that of creating an introductory thread that is not quite so generic as the hundreds of others on the board. Hm.
Perhaps I should enlighten those reading that, admittedly, I am not entirely new to the world of mapping. Back in 2008, when I was thirteen, I created several maps (none taken too seriously, however) and dabbled around in JASS - an endeavor that did not last long - but drifted away from that hobby. Fast forward five... Uh, six (I'm still acclimating to the fact that it is now 2014) years. I rediscover my old Warcraft CD, and... Guess what? It's time to get back into mapping.
So, anyways, given the fact that I am starting university this year, I won't be quite as active here as some of the others are, but I nonetheless look forward to meeting others here, as well as sharing whatever I have to offer once I hone my skills, and, of course, learning from the more experienced members.
Take care, and please enjoy the rest of your day!
