Health bar height

Sup guys, i need some asisstance here with this model.



As you can see the HP bar is too high also the model dont have hero glow.

How can i fix the HP bar and how can i add the Hero Glow?

Well, about the height problem, i don't really know, maybe increase the height of the model in a model editing program?

And for the hero glow, i believe that there is some sort of model you can download & import, just create a dummy, give it locust and then move it to the exact same location as the hero, or something like that
