Haldera is a Frost Elven-Centaur Autarch of the Icecrown Exarchate at the time of the Great Meltdown in Erykantle Atoll, she guarded the secrets and the tomb of Kalenia Frostrunner, the grandmother of Revassa Frostrunner. Before Lady Sonora ruled Elysium, she was abandoned and raised by the Tuskars before returning to Elysium under Lady Euphemia. Upon arrival, Haldera is proven unkind to the Elysian Elves and banished under Euphemia's orders due to her half-Centaur body. Now she remained in the Icecrown Glacier with the Tuskars and the Magnataurs before Revassa's Frost Elven Corps rejoined her cause.
