Gunless marine

I need a marine without a gun for my map. I have a gun attachment that i need to add in, the gun will not remove with alpha skinning.

I need the normal marine, with no gun, i made a custom skin for it.

Edit: acualy i cant for some reason i cant see it with the MDL vertex modifier :/
