Greetings Hive Workshop community, my name is azureguy. I've been looking for a good Blizzard modding community and I remembered my friend being active here a few years ago. The forum looks active enough so I thought "why not give this place a shot?". Well and that's why I'm here now.
I've been working with the WarCraft III editor in the past and switched over to StarCraft II last year. The data management in StarCraft II is stupid at times because you have to link like 20 separate items to make a working unit, but otherwise it works like a charm.
I specialize in storywriting, cutscenes and triggering. Not exactly the hottest category as modelers and map designers are more wanted, but I can still hold my own.
I noticed that, at least in the StarCraft II community, things are slowing down. But I know better: As soon as HotS is released, everyone will come back en masse. I still plan to be productive before that happens
Looking forward to see what the hive and its community has to offer!
