the arms are cool on the model
perhaps a little more shading or something where the arms come out of the armor, there is no transition, looks a little like some action figure right now

I for once don't mind about the ears and the neck, there is nothing wrong with a skin being a little grotesk (war paint or even bizarre racial traits). But maybe chose another color, like another tune of blue
