Goku SS4 model not working

It can't import the icon, or the model; it says
"Could not load file: GokuSS4.mdl
Could not load file: GokuSS4.mdl"

Your problem is that you must go out of world editor, and then start world editor, after you've imported the model. Then the model shows.
