Seriously, it's just a blurry mess of white and gray. There's no real shading and the skin basically lacks any sense of a theme or reality.

AAAAHH!! My eyes!! It hurts!! What you need to change on the skin? Well, it's pretty simple... you have to change everything! This skin is really really blurry and messy, it has no definition, it needs much better shading.... wrong, wrong and wrong! Everything here is wrong! And what kind of turtle is that?

Ok I would say tone down all the colors. If you look at warcraft skins you will notice they are all VERY dark. also add some shadows on the lower part of the head and highlights on the upper part of the jaw, it really needs some definition between the head and the jaw.
