Getting Rid of Team colors

I need help getting the team colors to go away. Im using Paint Shop 8. And dont just tell me to alpha it out. I know how to make parts disapear but i havnt been able to find somthing that tells me how to get rid of team colors.

all you need to do is color the area where the team colors show up, i just started skinning this week and even as crappy as i am i know that. lol, dont get me wrong, im not saying your stupid! just that is all you need to do
