Game constants - XP factor?

i need to know what the following mean and do:

1. 'Max level heros drain XP'
2. 'Creep reduction table'
3. 'level factor'
4. 'Previous value factor'
5. 'table'
6. 'normal constant factor'
7. 'normal level factor'
8. 'nornal previous value factor'
9. 'normal table'
10. 'constant factor'
11. 'level factor'
12. 'previous value factor' (theres alot
of those...)
13. 'table' (again)

2.If you leave it the way it is, heroes will gain less and less experience with creeps until they reach level 5, and stop getting exp from them at all. It is a percentage table, so first level they get 100%, second level 90%, etc. you can change it to 100 and delete all the others to make them get full experience at all levels.
3.If this is the one in the "hero exp required" section, let me give you an example. If a first level hero will need 200 exp to reach level 2, and level factor is set to 100, then every level he will need the same amount of experience as last time, plus 100. since that is 300, he will need 500 exp overall to reach level 3.

Actually, for the rest of them you're going to need to specify for me the whole name of the field. I don't know whether you're talking about "hero exp reqired" or gained or what.
