I always use to create this map alone, all-by-myself, so, until now, I made every single thing alone, but the point is: You can't do everything alone.

So I'm requesting some people to help me mainly on reducing lag, kickings and other things...

The Map is already done, but I'll never stop updating it (Just like IceFrog from DotA does).

Forest Hero Defense is a DotA-Like Map, with 4 teams and other heroes/items/map. The map is not perfect, remember, I did everything alone so far, so, take it easy. I know, there is more things to criticize than to praise.

I'm requesting a team now because I don't know how to fix a lot of stuffs, I cleared almost every leak, I optimized every script I could, but it's not enough, so I need a "Lag-Killer"

106 Heroes
4 Teams of 2 players or 2 Teams of 4 players
Main Objective: Same as DotA, you must destroy your enemy's base while defending yours

Everything created by Narg666, I had help of two friends in the general map idea, but they don't know anything about creating a map.

My Opinion about my map:

- Poor Terrain (I'm really a Poor Terraining)
- Good Heroes (I think I know how to create heroes, spells and combinations)
- Poor Items (I think I did only what necessary without much complexity)
- Poor Loading Time (I know, it takes a life until load)
- Too much lag for some people (Don't try it if your PC sucks)
- Balanced (Finally another good stuff, I think I balanced everything)
- Ugly Environment (I know, I know... :/)
- Good Scripting (I think I know how to do it, but unfortunately, it lags even I cleaning every single leak)
- Good Gold Farming (I don't think it's hard to farm gold, farm creeps, and another things)

That's my opinion, I know it's too much bad stuffs, that's why I'm asking help, to fix it all.

The map Idea, was to create a extended and different version of DotA, with other heroes, other items, creeps, everything
different, everything under my own style.

I made heroes with different gameplay style and spells. Not even one spell repeats, but they can have similiar effects.

I was trying to create my version of DotA, because I'm a really fan of DotA and IceFrog.

Just fixing one thing, the Last hero he tryed, isn't the Stone Golem but Ogre Behemoth, the Stone Golem is another hero.

well I checked out your map post and the Description really isn't any good, It needs to have a proper introduction, Screenshots, Gameplay Idea/Concept in a bit Brief which also has to be unique as per Hive's rule and the Credits must have each person by name
not to mention you haven't used any of the BB Codes in it try playing around with them and see other approved map's descriptions you'll understand their magic soon.
and to see to the Size It's really a bit too much, nearly 6mb not many players tend to wait in game for that maybe you might decrease the size sometime if it's the models doing it and that's probably what's causing the lag
cause of the things that you have mentioned in the last list only a handful of people might wanna try it

and while improving the things you have mentioned in the list it may even exceed the 8mb limit.Well GL finding a Team the map looks quite interesting overall ^^

Well, about the things I've mentioned in the last list, I was being really honest, I love my map, I've dedicated a lot for it, and you must understand that I did everything alone so far, You know how hard it is to do everything alone. The map size is caused by a lot of imported models and icons, because I tought that it will make the map more interesting and less sickening.

I really appreciate your advices, I'll update it as soon as I have the idea of a good description.

If you have any hint, or something that may help me, please, tell me, I can't just delete every model, maybe some effect model, but heroes and others I can't.

I wouldn't say Delete every single model but some Original models can take place of the custom ones if they do not differ much same goes for icons
saving space and being economic is also an aspect which you can't miss ^^
