Fixing Stand Animation Glitch on Old Model

I am making a 40k map, and when using Pyramidhe@d's old Space Marine model (found here) and I found that when there's many of them in the map at once, the stand animation glitches out and causes other visual glitches, like objects appearing around the place. This is a dealbreaker, since it's a tower defense map so there's gonna be a lot of them. I tried to download the most recent of the model version via 'legacy download' and thought that it would be fixed, but the glitch still happens. Same with the version on that Russian site.

I have learned some new skills in editing 3d models, but I am not skilled enough to diagnose and fix whatever the problem is. I'd be greatly appreciative if someone else could have a try. I know there are many Space Marine models on the Hive and elsewhere, but this is the only one that in my opinion gets the proportions and personality right.

There is a post in the model thread that says the stand animations have been fixed, but if that's the case then neither of the download links are to versions where that is the case.

Hmmm...
Maybe it's because of these yellow problems in the model (I mean that the author did not calculate the extents of the model)

I personally have never encountered such problems when making models.

I clicked edit ---> calculate extents ---> in Magos, and the problem persists. There's probably more to it than that but that's all I know how to do. There are some warnings that say 'there are no vertices attached to this bone' I am thinking this could be the issue, but I don't know how to attach a vertice to a bone.

Maybe you should re-transplant the geosets? First, delete the existing ones and import from a copy.
Edit:
I think I had a bug with the arm of one model, when the model dies the arm gets extended and attached to another unit in the game, I just deleted the arm and imported it again and then my bug disappeared.

I attempted to do both those things but have not succeeded. I hate to ask but could you just send me a corrected copy of the model?

I exported the geosets, and upon removing and importing them again found that I needed to attach them to nodes. Then I read your edit, and tried exporting the geosets for just the left arm into subfolders named for what body part they are so I could keep track of them. I removed and imported the geoset for just the shoulder pad, since that was the most glitching part I saw, and attached it to the body node, but it did not show up in the editor.

I'm not sure if my method will work in your case, but I'll try to do it, wait 1-5 hours
Of course. Thank you.

EDIT: I think I fixed it? I downloaded Retera's model studio to see if it had some model fixing tools, used the Edit ---> Optimize ---> Linearize Animations, Simplify Keyframes and Minimize Geosets on the model and the error no longer occurs in the editor or in game! So one of them must've fixed it, if I were to guess it would be the geosets one, there was a little flicker when I used that tool.

attack animation is looping, all attacks are meant to be non-looping

EDIT: Try this one, I changed it a little bit. And added stand animation, the head was looking to the left then forward

Edit2: Dayum you fixed that? Still take a peak maybe that standy stand will come useful to you

Thanks! I do like that stand animation, and the glitch is not present. The bottom of the helmet clips through the top of the chest a biiiiiit but it's tiny. Definitely useful.

Glad its useful
I'm using it as a Chaos marine. When I was first making the marines for the map, I downloaded an earlier version of Pyramidhe@d's model where the stand animation was just still. I left it like that to emphasize the robotic nature of loyal Space Marines. I thought of using the moving ones to contrast, and yours is perfect since it looks like someone breathing heavily, trying to keep calm. Just like I imagine Chaos Marines, particularly those dedicated to Khorne, must have to do when waiting for battle to commence.
