[SD/Modeling] Fix ManRat Model Graphic Glitch

Manrat is causing graphic glitches on newer versions (latest) of the game.
It seems to be the head causing it but I am not entirely certain.

Can someone fix this issue?

There seems to be a new (maybe not new, have not seen it on the model before though) issue with the head being detached from the backside and the back moving on its own now.
This is Frank's edit of the model, tillinghast's seemed to have a similar issue with the back and as well as a minor graphic glitch in that area.

Here's my attempt, added a underlying mesh to fill the consuming void in this boy's head and reduced the wobblyness of the back thing
