Well its far from being completed but I have the first shots of what is to come. Its still a little rough around the edges since everything is still too flat but the set up of the main continent is complete and I am currently finishing the 3 towns you will find on the main continent.

The tiles overlap kinda funny. You might want to change their order in the edit tileset menu thing, if you move a tile to the left of another tile, it will go below that tile when you place them.

Also, just a tip, it's wise not to include too many different kinds of tiles in one map (ex. snow, forest, city, hell, underground, w/e) because it just doesn't work. Better to keep it to one or two kinds of terrain, that way you can have better tile variation.

OMG F U. lol kidding. Thanks for the tip I'll try that out asap (meaning after this post)

here's another screen shot for a completed village (no villagers and before you told me about the overlapping detail)

***EDIT***

with shifting the tiles it looks a lot better. Thanks for the advice.

No can do. The map has various islands that have different types of weather. I need all the tiles for winter summer desert and city scapes. The fall/spring and ruins islands can be worked around easily though.

Ok well I would at least suggest making it so the snow tiles are further to the right on the tileset list than the village stone path tile.

That's what I did. I set snow furthest to the right followed by ice . The stone path is second last (dirt is last) so sand and snow/whatever else goes over the path.

I'd rather leave most of that a blank since the minute I mention one single detail 3/4ths of this site will shit all over the map. Its an Adventure/RPG based on pirates and depending on which faction you side with depends on your goal. If you're a pirate your goal is to seek a specific reassure and to find the truth about the totalitarian government that is ruling the world. if you side with the government your goal is to seek the treasure to put an end to the new age of pirates and to kill the four pirate lords (which are npc's but players can work their way into that rank).

Is it perchance the World of One Piece mentioned in your signature?

Before being super sneaky, please ensure that all incriminating acronyms and signatures are removed -_-

Also, is this an AoS or an RPG?

RPG. The AoS format is over used and boring. Meh its not hard to figure out what it is but to people who don't care its just enough to keep the "omg not another anime map" from making stupid posts.
