How to make an ability that fires for an example 5 stormbolts every 1 sec to specific target?

Dummy units and mimic the animation with the Mountain King. If you want it channeling, that's another story. You will also need to verify if the mountain king stops channeling, and if so, disable the secondary trigger you would create to storm bolt every second.
