Fire Shard to Gargoyle?

Ok well i have the spell called Rain of Fire and i am trying to get it so that instead of the rain shooting out fire shards that the model file for fire shards would be gargoyles instead how do i do this?

the easiest way is the model editing.
Or hard jass triggering

Problem is i can't find the model of the fire shard that falls, so where do i find that and i could do the rest of it.....I think.
