Few qustions

HI i have few ??????
--1) how do i set that a hero who is standing near
tower gets an exp . if tower kills creeps and
enemy units ??
--2) how do i set that i get a bounty from killing
enemys units??? not creeps
--3) how can i set computers slots when i create
game ,for player 6 and 12?? and how can i
lock them??

1)Advanced --> Game Constants
Turn on "Building Kills Grant EXP."
Set the "Hero EXP Gain Range"

2)Use a trigger to "Turn on Give Bounty for player"

3)I forgot the name of the menu tab, but somewhere, you should be able to find "Player Properties". There, you can fill in the player slots.
