Few problems with my model... can you help me?

I have few problems with my model, (edited Doomguard) I called it Tauren Commander. I would like someone to edit few stuff on it...

Here are the pictures


You can see it all in pictures.
In 1. picture, I want his shoulderpads to be moved to that rounded spot.
In 2. picture, his shoulders jump up when he is walking, I dont want it to go like that, it looks retarded.
In 3. picture I want the flames from his weapon and horns on his chin to be removed.
In 4. it's obvious.
And it would also be nice if someone could make TC on his wrists.

I hope I don't ask too much and I will appreciate all your help you can give. When it's done, I will put it on Hive and give credits and reputation to those who have helped me
