I see no proper freehand in this skin. Majority of the changes are just bad recolor. Other changes are just random scribbles.
Plus the alpha channel is killed.

And the skin submission rules you agreed to by posting this state that you must do at least 75% of the skin freehand. My advise is don't post anything else here until you understand the skin submission rules and have reviewed and practiced freehanding techniques, such as those reviewed in the skinning tutorials on this site.

but to the skin, pure recolour 0/5 it will got rejected...

You need to have 75% freehand to get a skin approved and this has none. And you make it sound more like a WIP than a finnished skin. In which case you should have posted a thread in the texturing forum instead of submitting a skin. You should also put more effort into it rather than just make the skin color red and adding a few rune/marks. And the concept is flawed. A fel orc shaman? It isn't that you can't make a fel orc out of this but you should try making it into something other than a shaman. Maybe he could be a fel orc beast master/wolf tamer or something.

well I also think that fel orcs have a little more pale red than that. You know, a little more...not so colorfull red. A little more light red.

But very nice for a second skin. Altought it wont get approved.

You should've recolor the white fur to black or something.
That would make it still rejected, so it would be useless.
