Ok, first off, that's alot of pollies. You don't need the trunk to be that round. You can drasticaly reduce the pollies and the total size. Please do so. When I asked to reduce the pollies I was kinda hoping that you'd reduce teh nuber of sides the trunk had, not the stacks. That bugle at the bottom made this model unique, not it's not very different from the ingame trees. I'd suggest giving the model that litle buldge at the bottom back andn just reducin the number of sides from 12 to somthing more managle, like 8 or 6.
Alright, that's good now. Though the pollies are still a little high, it's more managable. Approved.

I've just Updated the tree, Reduced the Polys from 124 to 88, and also reduced the size of the trunk.

i followed the instructions, but it doesn't work. When i test the map all that appears are shadows. please somebody help
