ESCORT quest please help!!!

Does anyone of you know how to make escort quest?I dont know, here is my map:

i won t do anything cuz im not sure but maybe when u take the quest, make that quest giver move to location where he needs to go.. if he gets there make quest completed if not (he dies) just make him respawn at old place after some time
