[SD/Modeling] Environment effect models

I want to use weather effects for spells, but are problematic to use. Can someone help me make 3 effects for me?
Northrend blizzard effect, green and red fog with 900 radius.

Falling leaves. UPDATE: Fixed a nasty glitch with camera and model boundaries. Thanks to Ardenian for help. Added a second modelfile. It's the same model but twice as small. This allows bigger controll to the mapmakers over placing it and reduces amount of those rare and tiny visibility...
