Enrage

Hey, I'm about to make an Enrage spell based on the troll Berserk. To those who don't know what it is I can tell you it's basicly the same as Berserk, you can only use it while you have 50% HP or less. My problem is that I don't how to do that, I mean: only make it usable while you're below 50% HP.
