kk. update: I used my brother's monitor... mostly because my wires lay very complicated and my bro's pc only uses 4 wires (wtf?) So I checked the bitch. Turns out that if I move the graphic output chip thing (you know what I'm talking about), the green waves change in pattern. So I pulled it some more, actually tried another chip (which didn't work because it had some different lock-thingy Idk) But everything I tried failed. So I turned on my computer, it had some noise (on the screen) while starting up. But when I logged in and shit, it was gone. So I rebooted and saw what happened and it was all noice again. So I went to my monitor-options... and I changed the resolution to a lower res and back to the highest res, and it was solved. So I'm guessing my pc is shit. Which is okay because I was about to buy a new one anyways.
