enable/disable sending gold

I haven't been using worldedit for some time so I've forgotten a lot of things. How do I enable/disable sending gold to allies ? Can i do it at a certain point of the game (instead of the beginning) ?
I'm working on a hero siege style map where all the human players are allies.

You can use this action : "Game - Set Lock resource trading to On" (or Off), just add the event you want. You'll find it under "Game - Set map flag"
