I think that some1 likes to hack me and by that, hack the sites I visit often. I've tried 1 time to be banned from here, once for www.opensourcecms.com and www.devnetwork.net

The site does not actually change your IP, it just masks you behind the websites (mirrors) IP. This is not intended for use by hackers, and that sort, but for people that have been banned for unjust reasons, or because you dont want anyone on the site to get your IP address. If they are really serious about banning you, they will also ban the mirror's IP adresses so that you couldn't use ebypass to access their site.
