The model looks like this with the treant original skin. It's not a skin swap, the problem is that the wrap itself is poor indeed. I just checked the Ancient of Lore skin and there are many more options to make the wrap better, using the alpha channels and such.

sincerely, i don´t like it.... unwrap can be much better, staff is in the air and filesize can be lower if you optimize it with mdlvis and manually delete some unnecesary vertex..
i give it 2/5 until you make some changes..
