Foothills
The foothills one isn't absolutely complete, but you can definitely get whatever you need from it (just a few creep drops unlisted).

Curious if someone made comprehensive steal list.
I don't mean all creeps, but mostly all bosses in foothills and d3. So far I've only been testing HG and managed to steal

Soulguard
Mask of Betrayal
The Batter Edge
Ripstriker
The Witchslayer (I think)

Also Silver Ore and Rejuvenation Potion.

Does anyone have complete steal list for some other bosses? Or partial. With current content being out for so long I think it wouldn't be stretch to think there are people that know what is stealable and what not.

Pretty sure these are all the stealable equipment though. Looks like the general idea is that if a thief-based class can wear it, they can steal it. Additionally, all 4 foothills bosses have every foothills material and a Rejuvenation potion (Oh GOD the rejuvs) in their steal tables.
