Nice job, but:
-Remove the unused bones (whip, cape) in both the Portrait and the regular model.
-Remove the skeleton and organs from the Portrait.
-Remove the unseen geosets from the Portrait.
I would make the hair a bit lighter or darker, that way it isn't the same colour as the clothes, but it's up to you.
