Is it just me or the unit group DrainFog_UnitGroup is leaking?
Other than that, the spell works fine.
Suggestion: Add a special effect on units being damaged so that it is easier to visualize when the healing and mana is being triggered.

Addressed both the leak and the special effect suggestion into v1.1 update
