I need a teamcolored Black Dragon Roost Skin.

You could use the custom Dragon Roost available in the SoC Resource Pack, until someone makes you what you need. It has teamcolor. ^^

EDIT: Oh, BLACK dragon roost. Nevermind. I might be able to do that... But sometime later. I'd rather have someone else do it.

You need to import the model... sorry but this model uses 1 geoset with transparent texture, so teamcolour looks horrible. I've create a new geoset and new texture to support teamcolour properly.
