I don't think that u can just simply donload it.
My advise - make it with your own's. Thereis a tutorial how to make an AI for Arena. Read it, and if u are not bad in jass u can do it.
If u asking why u must do it with your own
Answer: your heroes will have spells which they won't learn so u must do it.
