Download keeps breaking off

Every time I try to download something, the download stops. No matter the file size, the download always stops between 50-75%. I've tried different browsers, same problem. I've tried a VPN, same problem. I've pledged my soul to Ner'zhul, but nothing helps. My browsers always tell me "Download failed," but only on this website. Vortex works, Reddit videos work, YouTube works, and Google Images work. I have no idea what else to try. Can someone help me?

Most peoples reported this kind of issue since Hive updated its download system in (I believe) 2020s.
It's very annoying, but kinda difficult to identify the exact reason why it happens.
Even worse, the download might get bugged when it's 25%, not just between 50-75%.
Try using the download managers I guess (like IDM)?

That's curious. I never got that myself.

Anyway. I recently came off of 1-2 weeks of upset server and have moved to a bigger one as well as restarted things many times. Is this still happening?
