Power Treads (Red, Green, Blue)
Phase Boots

Yes, Void Stone is in game too:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNPeriapt.blp (This is the path in the object editor)
If you need to create icons from already existing images, like in this case, use this tool Button Manager
@BloodDrunk, I think he needs icons (BTN and DISBTN) and not just images converted into blp format.
