THE_END: You did very much use a filter on this skin. This is not freehand. You have recolored and mainly filtered. You need to do 3 things
1. Read the rules and follow them before you submit skins.
2. Do more freehand, not filters, not recoloring
3. Resubmit, or update this skin and then PM me

Kimberly: This skin is far too messy and it has no sense of unwrap. Its just randomly applied and placed and the rest is simple recolour. Rejected.
