Doodads edit request

hey, i need a model edit and "simple" Animating work,

The red line indicates it to be "CUT" or Removed,

The blue line shows it to be Enlarged,until it fills that line, ( no need to do this if you want )

and i need an animation of it Rising from Underground ( it is completely underground when it starts rising., until it makes it the original height.

and probably, make the frosty spikes looks better

You will be greatly appreciated on my map! Credits, and REP xD.

if possible, make some snowy dust effect, when it rise, otherwise, nevermind, i could trigger them, thx a lot !!
