How can i make it so you unlock units as you progress through a campaign, and they are unavailable until you reach that certain point, like in the default WC3 campaigns?

thanks, i thought it had to be done in the campaign editor or the scenario menu, i never thought to check the trigger editor.

You dont need to use triggers, its under Scenario, simply click on Techtree Properties. Then click the subsection called Techtree, then check the box that says □ Use Custom Techtree
Then uncheck any Units/Heros/Buildings you dont want usable, same goes for upgrades and abilities, but they fall into different subsections of Techtree Properties
