Dialog Vote System, help please?

Hey guys, I've been working on a TD, and I thought a nice touch would be to have players vote on how much levels there will be in the game tell you win. I've looked at other maps with voting in them, but there all about vote kicking, and then I just get confused. If someone could post a nice simple voting system that I could use I'd love it, and or could point me to a link that'll tell me how to do it.

I'd be really nice if you could explane it to me. I feel so nooby, haha.

My map has a voting system:

It counts the votes and if there is no winner it is picked randomly.
It also has the option of the host picking all the polls.
