It's actuary a open resources so you can just download the map then export the spells just credit him is all.

lol i never bother to open the map in world editor, still i think asking for permission first is better...
but still creator would have protected the map if he didn't want to "steal" his spells...

I think I will release the last update of the other maps soon. After the final release of Bastion's Keep there will be an other update of Bastion's Keep after the reviews. After this I will release a few updates of my Diablo III PvP Arena map. Then there are no other maps or updates by me. But I'm think if I make all my maps open source...

Or maybe he did...

Older versions were protected tho'

Also, the triggerer of DIII maps has released the spells, check the "spells" section.
