Diable Transfer of Resources

This is probably very simple, but I have searched for hours and cannot find how to disable the transfer of resources between allied players.

Go to "Advanced -> Gameplay Constants" and change the value of the 2 first lines "Ally Trading Increment - Control Click" and "Ally Trading Increment - Normal Click" to 0.

EDIT: You've got to check the "Use Custom Gameplay Constans" first.
