I think i mght have left some textures unused in the file.Sorry

1. change the internal model name. It can be done via War3ModelEditor under Edit->Model Properties
2. It just needs 1 bone as it is now. I suggest you remove the unneeded 1
3. remove the unused texture
4. improve the unwrap of the sword

and here are some suggestions:
1. a ribbon effect would fit quite well.Just take a look how blizzard made them and you will be on the safe road to victory^^
2. some explosion for the death animation would be great
2/5 atm but I´m sure that this sfx has some potential
