Upd : changed the door and the roof texture, fixed some minor bugs.

Soon I will add more details demonic.

Ubernator, the Idea and model are great. Only one thing you need fix thehe is foundation. I would advise you to remove the stone foundation. It not fit for demon race and it will reduce weight of the model. Then select your demonic foundation, separate it. And then make him visible in Birth animation.
