Debilitate v1.1

Debilitate
IMPORT GUIDE :
1. Enable "Tick the Automatically create unknown variables ..." located at File>Preference>General
2. Copy the Debilitate and Debilitate Dummy abilities in the object editor
3. Copy the Debilitate folder in the trigger editor
4. Configure the DebilitateConfig trigger
> If you want to have the exact same effect used on the test map and media showcase, Soul Discharge Purple is the one used for test map
SPELL DESCRIPTION :
Debilitates a target enemy hero, reducing their stats by 10%/20%/30% for 9 seconds. Debilitate cannot be dispelled, devoured, nor cancelled. Debilitate account bonus stats for reduction.
SPELL INFORMATION :
Persona 3 Reload inspires me to rework a concept of Debilitate that I utilize in my custom map Slalom Wars. The idea is that this spell is meant to act as a game-changer spell (since it is an ultimate in that map) where it disables hero effectivity for a period of time. Thus, this version of Debilitate is born. This public release is attuned for melee games in a 3-level format.

You forgot to pause the timer if Deb_MaxIndex is 0 on DebilitateLoop trigger. Highly recommend to create an aura targeted to self for the targeted units so that the buff is visible. This allows the player to better psychologically link your spell with...

Right now players might ask themselves "why do I have negative stats?".
These are minor issues, so no reason not to approve.

I am still thinking regarding the use of the aura due to how delayed it behaves based on my tests with another spell. Most non-aura buff are dispellable so I will have to see if there's an alternative.

Is this still the case if applied via another spell? Like I use Shadow Strike buff but applied via Cripple spell
Cripple spell can be debuffed by others units, if you want non-aura and non dispellable buff Shadow Strike is only option.
You should make a Dummy to spell Shadow Strike without any effect bonus. So you can use channel spell just for casting, it doesn't have any effect, however this system is perfect for your spell.

Finally I found a good spell that can reduce enemies stats, thanks for this! Btw what will happening if you cast this spell twice? Will it reduce the stats even more or will it just reset the duration?
Reset the duration and re-apply the effect based on the most recent cast of the spell
