i know this has probly been posted somewhere else but what exactly is the campiagn about?

How about a water cyclone spell, similar to the Druid of the Talon's cyclone spell, but made of water (i.e. blue with water effects, can only be casted in water, ect.) the effects can be the same, such as immobilizing a single unit for a period of time, but instead of the unit being invulnerable, it takes damage over the duration, like the keeper's entagle spell, and is vulnerable to anti-air attacks.
