Ctr+R not working in Trigger Editor?

Just checking to see if this is my problem or an editor problem.

Normally you can click Ctr+R to make a new action. But it doesn't work for me. I'm wondering if it's a patch thing or a personal problem.

I checked Configure Controls and it is already set to Ctr+R, so I don't know why it's not working.

My WC3 install is 1.34.0.19632 and I can use all 3 hotkeys for new event, condition, and action without issue. Can you use that specific keybind in any other program?

Interesting. Ctr + R works fine in other games. I don't know why my editor doesn't like it.
