OK I want a loading screen for my map,here is the link of the picture I want to become a loading screen,you will be given credit and +rep.

Just rescale it to 512x512 and make it .blp in Wc3 Viewer.

Here you go (I assumed you just wanted the "Praetorians" text that was already on the picture?):

Set the loading screen to LoadingScreen.mdx and NOT to FullScreen.blp
