Corupt Skin...

Hey,
I made a skin but when i import it the model looks like this..
Had this with a few skins, and im wondering what im doing wrong?

(The Skin path is "Units\Orc\Shaman\Shaman.blp")

Alpha channels are corrupted on the skin file
You need to reload it in your skin editing software, resave it, and then reconvert it to BLP
