I think something like this is actually quite useful, though I had some ideas for more unique elements!

The default wisp icon has a green glow, and since the wisp portrait is blue perhaps the corrupted one could be shifted over to green for more recognizability.

If you wanted to go the extra mile perhaps having either a satyr face instead, or perhaps more fittingly a more banshee like tortured soul vibe from the night elf.

Can Satyrs become wisps when they die? Many races can become Satyrs, but it's mostly Night Elves.

Digress: Night Elf spirits mostly go into the Shadowlands in Ardenweald, though some remain earth-bound as wisps. Could Satyr spirits be instead called "Evil Spirits" because they exist to torment living things just like they did in life?

Was making a map that has satyr turning into corrupted wisp last month. Didn't expect there is a model that fits it perfectly!
