Hey, I'm new here and this is something that I have been pondering about. I couldn't manage to find or didn't see anything in the forums to help me with this question so...

How EXACTLY do you go about converting skins into models. You see, there're some great skins on this site but I not into sacrificing some important in-game models for them. I would prefer to have both. People say its easy to do this but they never really explain.

So you mean you want an extra footman as if people had two sorceresses in TOB? Well, if it's a skin of the blood-elf version, just wrap the classic (high elf) version, which requires model pathing. Otherwise it's straight into mdl editing, but don't forget that things like blademasters, paladins, priest, sorceeress, dragonhawk, I think gryphon, and a couple other models have usable ROC versions. Check Mecheon's tutorial
